Consultation days and hours
Consultations are by appointment only, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 09:00 to 15:00 UK time. A consultation is not booked until we send confirmation. We aim to respond to enquiries within two working days during normal business hours; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.
If your matter is urgent, mark your message as urgent and include all relevant dates. We cannot guarantee an immediate response or that we can meet a particular deadline.
