£150 for a 60-minute consultation. Our consultation fee is £150 per hour. A 60-minute consultation costs £150.
How to request a consultation
- Send us a short message. Use WhatsApp or email and tell us your name, the best way and time to reach you, and the service you are interested in.
- We reply to arrange a time. Your request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm a date and time with you. We aim to acknowledge and respond to enquiries within two working days during normal business hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.
- Confirmation and your consultation. When we confirm your appointment, we will tell you how the consultation will be held and how to pay the £150 fee.
To make the most of your consultation
- Note the key dates: when your visa expires, and the date of any decision letter.
- Write down who is included in the application and your main questions.
- Tell us your preferred date and time, with a brief summary of your enquiry.
Please do not send passports, identity documents or case documents in your first message or through this website. We will explain a secure way to share documents if they are needed. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Consultation days and hours
Immigration consultations are available by appointment only and subject to availability.
- Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Hours: 09:00 to 15:00
- Time zone: UK local time (GMT or BST, as applicable)
Slots may be limited and may fill quickly. We may be able to arrange appointments outside these hours by prior arrangement, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
A consultation is not booked until we send confirmation. Please wait for confirmation before making arrangements or assuming that a consultation will take place.
Urgent enquiries
If your enquiry concerns an urgent immigration matter, please clearly mark it as urgent and include all relevant deadlines or dates. We will review the information and let you know whether we may be able to assist as soon as reasonably practicable. An urgent enquiry does not guarantee an immediate response, an appointment, or that we can meet any particular deadline. Please do not assume that we can assist within a specific timeframe unless we have expressly confirmed this.
No guaranteed response deadline
Some enquiries may not receive a response within our target timeframe. No response deadline is guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed one in writing. Sending an enquiry does not, by itself, mean that SureVisa Ltd has accepted instructions to act on your behalf. We will confirm separately whether we can assist and whether we agree to act for you.
