Is the information on this website advice?
No. The website and our social channels share general information. For advice on your own circumstances, request a consultation.
How much is a consultation?
Our consultation fee is £150 per hour. A 60-minute consultation costs £150.
Are you regulated?
SureVisa Ltd is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to provide Immigration, Asylum & Protection advice and services at Level 1. Our IAA references are in the footer of every page, and you can check our registration on GOV.UK.
Can you help with every type of immigration matter?
SureVisa Ltd is currently authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority at Level 1. If your matter needs a higher level of authorisation than we currently hold, we will tell you and refer you appropriately.
Can you guarantee my application will succeed?
No. No adviser can guarantee a visa or any particular outcome.
How do I request a consultation?
Use the Book a Consultation page. You can request a time by WhatsApp or email. A request is not a confirmed booking until we send confirmation.
When are consultations available?
By appointment only, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 09:00 to 15:00 UK time, subject to availability. A consultation is not booked until we send confirmation.
How long will you take to reply?
We aim to acknowledge and respond to enquiries within two working days during normal business hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Sending an enquiry does not mean we have accepted instructions to act for you.
My matter is urgent. What should I do?
Mark your enquiry as urgent and include every relevant deadline or date. We will let you know whether we may be able to assist as soon as reasonably practicable. An urgent enquiry does not guarantee an immediate response, an appointment, or that we can meet a particular deadline.
What should I send you first?
Only a short message about what you need. Please do not send passports, identity documents or case documents through the website or in your first message.
This page gives general information only. It is not advice on your own circumstances, and no outcome is guaranteed. To discuss your situation, request a consultation.
